RSync is very efficient for maintaining mirrors of folders. With the increase of storage size on our devices and number of devices we are using today keeping 'copies' of the data on our devices is becoming a challenge.

In my country mobile data charges are expensive and due to exchange rates cloud services are unreasonable for the mount of data on my devices.

Yes please. Rsync is very efficient and as it runs against a server the server can perform the md5 of the file.

Oh yes rsync would be nice. I changes all my backups to native rsync daemon because it is much faster as rsync over ssh. And it hase a lot of features that can be used in FolderSync too.

Please add rsync, it is much faster in finding changed files than the other protocols.

Indeed this is a real good idea

This would make it a lot faster, right? And it wouldn't repeatedly transfer files that haven't changed?

With the ability to use ssh keys for authentication. That would be really niiiice ;-)
