Wuala has a very limited public APi, so full support is not possible at this time.
Please implement the Support for Amazon Cloud Drive (not S3)4 votes
Unfortunately there is no 3rd party API. If one is ever made available, it will be supported.
it is a simple webdav sync, however with the current version it does not sync properly. foldersync seems to use GMT times for the modification time, while it should use the local time. now i get conflict files, with exactly 2 hours time difference (I live in theGMT+2 timezone)32 votes
OwnCloud is supported via WebDAV.
Please see here: http://www.tacit.dk/foldersync/providers
It would be great if you could select more folders to be synced. If you wanted to sync some settings but the files are in different folders you have to make individual rules for this. If you could choose more local folders it would be easier!160 votes
I suggest you use filters. Changing the app to support multiple folders will be a major change.
With Flickr announcing 1TB for free, hopefully an API exists to add this and bump it in priority.35 votes
The Flickr API is very limited, in regards to the amount of load any one 3rd party app can put on their server (across all users of FolderSync). So right now support is not really feasible.
Hello, when i sync from Android to NAS (Linux) via FTP account all Time Stamps of any Files are lost. They will take the Time-Stamp of the Sync-Date and not the modify Date. For Example. When I make a Photo on 01.01.2012 the Photo have the Time-Stamp 01.01.2012. When I sync on 10.01.2012 the Time Stamp will take the Sync Date 10.01.2012.5 votes
This is already attempted for protocols and cloud providers that support it.
I set an account to upload through the night only to awake to a $45 data charge above my regular ussage. NOT KEWL!!! Please add feature! I also had wifi connected and it didn't take precedence over my data!!8 votes
Did you disable 3G data for folderpair? If you have issues with this please contact support.
At the moment if a local directory is missing the sync just errors, if it would have auto created that directory the sync would work fine.12 votes
It is required that the sync folder exist previous to sync to avoid situations where the sync setup may result in all files getting deleted on the other end of the sync, if a source folder is empty (which will be the case if it just get created).
I have SFTP setup with my home server. I noticed the app can already whitelist which networks to use. It would be cool to have that feature extended so that I could use my home server's local address when connected to my LAN and use it's remote address when not connected to my LAN. Using my remote address all the time would cut into my home internet's data cap.13 votes
I suggest you make two folderpairs – one for local sync and one for sync when not connected to lan.
